1. About BinDash

BinDash ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a residential bin-moving service operating in the Phoenix Metro Area, Arizona. We connect homeowners ("Homeowners") with local service providers ("Runners") who move trash and recycling bins to the curb before collection day and return them afterward.

BinDash operates through a web-based platform accessible at www.bindash.org and www.bindash.shop.

All services include both a Bin Out (moving bins to the curb the evening before collection) and a Bin In (returning bins after the truck passes) unless otherwise specified.

4. Scheduling & Service Windows
